ShippingWe use UPS as our carrier for domestic shipping. Please allow us up to 2 business days to prepare your order and add that time to the following shipping options:

-Ground (5-7 days depending upon location)
For International shipments we use USPS. Please be advised that your shipment may subject to customs charges which are not included in the shipping cost as they vary by country and are not disclosed until you package arrives in your location.
We will gladly accept returns on full priced items. Marked down items or items purchased with a discount code are final sale. Made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged. If you wish to make an exchange, we ask that you follow this procedure to return the original item for a refund and purchase the desired item through the website as a separate transaction.Please email Return Requests to firstname.lastname@example.org for a Return Authorization within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number. We will respond to you within 24 hours. Your return package must be post marked within 7 days of receiving your Return Authorization. Merchandise must be received with original tags and packaging, unwashed and unused. We will credit the same credit card account to which the original purchase was charged. We will process your return immediately but the time it takes for the refund to post to your account may vary depending on your bank and/or credit card company. Joinery will not accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages without proof of delivery.
