All domestic orders are shipped via UPS. Rates are determined by weight and destination. All orders placed Monday - Friday before 12 PM EST will begin processing that day and will ship within 24 hours. Orders placed after 12 PM EST will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 12 PM EST will be sent out the following Monday.Transit times do not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays.
All international orders are shipped via US Postal Service "International Priority." Rates are determined by weight and destination. Customs fees, import duties, and taxes may be applied once an international shipment reaches its destination. These charges are the customer's responsibility and will vary from one country to another. Contact your local customs office for details. Delivery may be delayed by customs and/or local postal requirements.
We will gladly accept returns on full priced items. If you wish to make an exchange, we ask that you follow this procedure to return the original item for a refund and purchase the desired item through the website as a separate transaction. Marked down items or items purchased with a discount code are final sale. Made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged. Please see below for the correct return procedure.

Merchandise must be received with original tags and packaging, unwashed and unused. We will credit the same credit card account to which the original purchase was charged. We will process your return immediately but the time it takes for the refund to post to your account may vary depending on your bank and/or credit card company. Joinery will not accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages without proof of delivery.
