All domestic orders are shipped via UPS. Rates are determined by weight and destination. All orders placed Monday - Friday before 12 PM EST will begin processing that day and will ship within 24 hours. Orders placed after 12 PM EST will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 12 PM EST will be sent out the following Monday.Transit times do not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays.
All international orders are shipped via US Postal Service "International Priority." Rates are determined by weight and destination. Customs fees, import duties, and taxes may be applied once an international shipment reaches its destination. These charges are the customer's responsibility and will vary from one country to another. Contact your local customs office for details. Delivery may be delayed by customs and/or local postal requirements.
We will gladly accept returns on non-discounted items within 7 days of delivery. If you wish to make an exchange, we ask that you return the original item for a refund and purchase the desired item through the website as a separate transaction. Made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged. Please see below for the correct return procedure.
All returns must be authorized by Joinery. Please return merchandise with original tags and packaging, unwashed and unused so that we will be able to grant you a refund. Joinery will not accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages without proof of delivery. When your return is received, we will credit the same credit card account with which the original purchase was made. We will process your return immediately but the time it takes for the refund to post to your account may vary depending on your bank and/or credit card company.
